Business vision
To Change the World, by providing people with information to enable them to make positive, informed choices.
Passion intends to be the biggest and most trusted supplier of information and ideas related to health, the environment and personal development. The aim is the reach as many people as possible and inspire and motivate them to live a kinder, healthier, greener, more ethical life.
We already have a radio station reaching 120,000 people each week, we have a social network - the Passion for the Planet Club; an on demand audio podcast service - Passion Select; and a TV Channel - Passion for the Planet TV.
Business aims
To Change the World. To inspire and motivate people to live a kinder, healthier, greener, ethical life.
Passion for the Planet aims to inspire more people to think about the impact they have on the world around them and how they can make that positive rather than negative.
Business philosophies and beliefs
We are all responsible for our own actions and need to be accountable for our impact on other people, nature and the planet.
Being mindful of this and reducing our negative impact and at the same time increasing our positive impact is at the heart of Passion for the Planet.
And helping other people to do the same is our mission. We recognise that no one is perfect, but just because we are not perfect doesn't mean we shouldn't strive to do better each day. So constant evaluation and willingness to do better are key.
Business Values
To behave ethically.
To reduce our negative impact on the planet.
To have a positive impact on the planet.
To be passionate and compassionate.
Business mission
To Change the World. To inspire and motivate people to live a kinder, healthier, greener, ethical life.
Passion aims to inspire more people to think about the impact they have on the world around them and how they can make that positive rather than negative.
We don't believe that has to mean wearing hemp, knitting your own muesli or living in a cave. We believe it can mean a life that's rich and fulfilling with a healthy dose of luxury. But luxury at the expense of other people or nature isn't rich and fulfilling. So our goal is to see a world where we have 'responsible luxury'. Defining luxury is individual, being responsible must be universal. And that means understanding that everything is interlinked and being accountable for the impacts of that inter-linking.
And that's where Passion for the Planet can help, whether you listen to the radio, blog in the forum, download the podcasts or watch the TV, its all about being inspired and about discovering new ways that suit you, as individuals, to live a better life for yourself and for everyone else.
